Very social hostel with a good balance of common and private spaces. Terrific breakfast and plenty of activities to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely décor and big showers.

The Chill Art Hostel in Essaouira gave us great value for our money with comfortable beds and a convenient location within the Medina. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a sociable and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved with more variety or additional options.

Live music events were not organized by the hostel, which would have been a nice addition to the already great atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the hostel could use some improvement. We noticed a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the bedrooms, and the shower carpet seemed like it hadn't been washed in a while.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the unique and artistic decoration throughout the hostel. It gave off a cool and creative vibe that made the experience more enjoyable. the breakfast offered at the hostel was fantastic. One aspect that I disliked was the cleanliness of the hostel. The rooms and sheets were not adequately cleaned, and there were even instances where previous guests' belongings were left behind.

We had an incredible experience at Chill Art. the hostel itself is beautiful and has a unique charm. the staff, especially Nadia, Yousra, and Hicham, were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We loved the daily Moroccan tea time at 6, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we met some amazing fellow travelers. the communal dinners and breakfasts were a nice touch, and the upgraded breakfast is definitely worth it. a fantastic place to stay and create lasting memories. We will definitely be back!
